UI/UX Designer

About the Role
In this position, you will play a pivotal role in translating user, product, and business requirements into intuitive interfaces. You will work closely with clients and stakeholders to gather insights and feedback, ensuring that designs meet the needs of users and the objectives of the business. This role requires a thoughtful approach to design and a commitment to enhancing user experiences across various platforms.

Responsibilities:

• Translate user, product and business requirements into intuitive interfaces.
• Facilitate client workshops, user/stakeholder interviews, and creative brainstorms.
• Conduct usability testing and gather feedback to identify design-enhancement opportunities.
• Communicate interaction concepts using wireframes, flow diagrams, mockups, and high-fidelity prototypes.
• Contribute to and maintain design-system components; support engineering hand-offs and UI-fidelity reviews.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in visual design, communications, computer science or equivalent.
• 3-6 years of design experience with a user-centric approach.
• Proficiency with Figma, Adobe XD, or Sketch.
• Experience designing dashboards and analytics UIs, applying data-visualisation best practices.
• Strong communication, presentation, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
