UI/UX Designer & Front-End Developer

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior UI/UX Designer & Front-End Developer with strong expertise in creating exceptional digital experiences and transforming designs into high-quality, responsive web interfaces. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of user-centered design principles and solid proficiency in modern front-end technologies.

Key Responsibilities:

• UI/UX Design:

  • Conduct user research, interviews, and analysis to understand user needs, pain points, and behavior patterns.
  • Design visually appealing, intuitive, and innovative UI layouts using industry-standard design tools.
  • Create wireframes, prototypes, user flows, and mockups to guide development.
  • Enhance user experience by improving site flow, navigation, usability, and accessibility.
  • Perform design validation and usability testing using UX methodologies.
  • Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams including product, design, and engineering.

• Front-End Development:

  • Convert UI/UX designs into responsive and pixel-perfect web pages using HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
  • Ensure smooth user interaction, optimized performance, and device responsiveness.
  • Implement web accessibility best practices (WCAG standards).
  • Integrate front-end components with back-end systems through RESTful APIs.
  • Conduct thorough testing, debugging, and quality assurance to ensure seamless functionality.
  • Stay updated with the latest UI/UX trends, front-end technologies, and best practices.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Minimum 6 years of experience in UI/UX design.
• Minimum 6 years of experience in web page and front-end development.
• Strong proficiency in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and responsive design frameworks.
• Experience in user research and usability testing methodologies.
• Expertise with modern design tools (Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, etc.).
• Passion for clean, modern design and high-quality user experiences.
