We are currently looking for a UI/UX Designer for our UAE operations with a strong graphic design background and a comprehensive understanding of user interactions. Candidates should possess a Bachelor’s or higher degree in interaction design or a related field, with a preference for a Master’s degree. The ideal candidate will have at least 5-6 years of experience, specifically in the BFSI industry, designing mobile banking apps and digital onboarding journeys for new customers.

Requirements
- Strong graphic design skills, with a good understanding of typography, intuitive layouts, and palette development.
- Strong ability to recognize and predict use-cases and user interaction, incorporating them into designs.
- Excellent understanding of user-experience design for mobile and the web, with demonstrable design skills.
- Proven ability to deliver high-quality designs.
- A team player who adapts easily in a rapidly changing environment.
- Expert-level skills in design tools such as Photoshop, Adobe InDesign, Illustrator, Dreamweaver, Figma, etc.
- Deep understanding of Apple’s human interface design guidelines and Google’s material design.
Responsibilities
- Develop intuitive, usable, and engaging interactions and visual designs for mobile.
- Create wireframes and prototypes to outline the app's layout and functionality.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate design concepts into functional mobile apps.
- Stay updated with the latest UI/UX trends and industry best practices.
