UI/UX Designer

This role involves collaborating with Product Managers, Developers, and Marketing to implement designs throughout the entire product lifecycle. You will execute end-to-end design efforts across various platforms, from initial concepts with stakeholders to final implementation with Product Owners and Developers. Key responsibilities include performing user research and usability testing to gain insights into user behavior and preferences, establishing design standards, and developing easy-to-use and aesthetically pleasing web and mobile products. You will be tasked with illustrating design ideas through storyboards, wireframes, process flows, and sitemaps, as well as creating mockups and prototypes that detail the functionality and appearance of the products. Additionally, you will prepare screen designs and assets for front-end developers, take ownership of your work, and contribute feedback towards improving company products.

Requirements for this role include a bachelor's degree with 4-5 years of UI/UX design experience specifically for digital web and mobile platforms. The ideal candidate should have a collaborative, self-motivated approach, along with fluent English communication skills. A notable portfolio showcasing impressive interface designs is essential, alongside hands-on experience in wireframing, user research, and testing. You should possess an understanding of business metrics, translating data into effective digital experiences. Advanced knowledge of UI/UX best practices for web and mobile, familiarity with design systems, and expertise in tools like Figma are critical. Knowledge of interactions and animations, front-end development principles, and working knowledge of Webflow are also advantageous.
