Position Overview:
As a UX/UI Designer at AI71, you will be involved in designing and creating user interfaces that are visually appealing and functional. You’ll collaborate with engineers, product managers, and other stakeholders to ensure optimal user experiences for our AI-driven products. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in UX/UI design, proficiency in tools like Figma, and a solid grasp of design principles that elevate user satisfaction and product performance.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with engineers, product managers, and team members to design intuitive user interfaces for AI-driven products.
- Create user flows, wireframes, high-fidelity mockups, and interactive prototypes using design tools.
- Conduct user research, workshops, and journey mapping sessions to inform design decisions.
- Iterate on designs based on feedback from usability testing and stakeholders.
- Maintain a consistent design language across products while ensuring brand identity.
- Translate complex AI-driven features into visually engaging designs.
- Ensure practicality alongside aesthetics for seamless functionality.
- Prioritize accessibility and responsive design for inclusive user experiences.
- Work directly with clients to understand needs and gather feedback.
- Effectively communicate design concepts to technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a UX/UI Designer, with a portfolio showcasing both UX and UI design work.
- Proficiency in design tools such as Figma or similar software.
- Hands-on experience working with development teams, ensuring designs are implemented effectively.
- Strong understanding of user-centered design principles, journey mapping, and interaction design.
- Excellent communication skills to explain design decisions clearly.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, client-facing environment and effectively iterate on designs based on feedback.
- Strong attention to detail with an eye for practicality and aesthetics.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Experience in AI-driven or technology-heavy environments is preferred.
Nice to Have:
- Familiarity with Agile methodologies.
- Previous experience in client-facing roles within design or product development capacity.
- Knowledge of accessibility standards and responsive design best practices.
- Experience in the healthcare or construction sectors is a plus.
