Key Responsibilities
- Conduct user research and interviews to uncover user needs, behaviors, and pain points.
- Translate insights into wireframes, user flows, prototypes, and final UI designs for web and mobile products.
- Design interfaces aligned with existing design systems while contributing to their evolution.
- Run usability tests and integrate findings into iterative improvements.
- Prepare design specifications, assets, and documentation for seamless engineering handover.
- Collaborate with Product Managers to define user problems and propose user-focused solutions.
- Work closely with developers to ensure accurate and feasible implementation.
- Ensure responsive, accessible, and consistent design across devices and platforms.
- Create visual artifacts including dashboards, icons, illustrations, and interaction patterns.
- Maintain and update shared design libraries and UI guidelines.
- Participate in planning, refinement, and design reviews within cross-functional teams.
- Support product discovery through sketches, concept testing, and ideation workshops.
- Monitor UX metrics and use data-driven insights to guide design decisions.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in UI/UX, HCI, Graphic Design, Digital Media, or related field.
- 5+ years of UI/UX design experience working on digital products.
- Portfolio showcasing user-centered design work.
- Proficiency in Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, or similar tools.
- Strong understanding of UX principles and interaction design.
- Ability to conduct and interpret user research and usability tests.
- Strong wireframing and prototyping capabilities.
- Knowledge of responsive and accessible design standards.
- Experience working in Agile product teams.
- Ability to deliver clear assets and documentation to engineering.
- Basic understanding of HTML/CSS and REACT.
- Familiarity with design systems and component-based UI libraries.
