UK Off-Plan Sales Consultant

Responsibilities

• Engage with clients and prospects to understand their real estate needs
• Provide expert advice on the Dubai property market and upcoming developments
• Achieve individual sales targets and contribute to team goals
• Foster and maintain strong relationships with clients
• Utilize provided marketing support to generate leads and close deals
• Collaborate with team members to enhance overall performance

Requirements

• Minimum of 1 year of experience in the Dubai/UAE real estate or luxury sales
• Proven experience in off-plan property sales
• British or UK background preferred
• Strong knowledge of the Dubai property market and new developments
• Demonstrated ability to achieve sales targets and close deals
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and client relationship skills
• Valid UAE driving license
• Must be currently based in Dubai
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
