Job Description
As a Unity Developer, you will be responsible for planning and implementing game functionality, building the game code, identifying bottlenecks, and ensuring the quality of the finished product. Your role will involve establishing strategies and development pipelines, designing and building game mechanics, and ensuring products conform to high industry standards. You will also be required to build patches and install game updates, as well as collaborate with engineers and architects to identify tasks for both the short and long term.
Responsibilities
- Establishing strategy and development pipelines.
- Creating high-level designs (HLD) and implementing game functionality.
- Designing and building game code.
- Identifying and fixing code errors and game bottlenecks.
- Testing game functionality and theme dynamics.
- Designing and building game patches and upgrades.
- Reviewing implementations for adherence to coding guidelines and architecture.
Qualifications
- At least 3 years of experience as a Unity developer.
- In-depth knowledge of Unity software and best practices (prefabs, asset bundles, organized scene hierarchy).
- Extensive experience with mobile game development.
- Good communication skills.
- Experience with memory and space optimization.
- Knowledge of scripting, animation, session management, and textures.
- Strong troubleshooting skills and excellent attention to detail.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with AAA game titles.
- Experience in building projects from scratch to production.
- Familiarity with Git version control.
