We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced UAT Tester to join our dynamic team within the banking sector, specializing in Bullion products. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in User Acceptance Testing, with hands-on experience in financial products related to cash management and vault handling for precious metals such as gold, silver, and other bullion. This role requires a thorough understanding of business requirements, end-to-end testing processes, and a keen ability to identify and document issues from a UAT perspective.

Location: Dubai, United Arab Emirates
Contract Duration: 6 months (renewable to long-term)

Key Responsibilities:
- Review and analyze business requirements, functional specifications, and product documentation for Bullion processing to develop comprehensive UAT test plans and cases.
- Execute UAT test cases, ensuring thorough coverage of all scenarios, particularly those unique to the processing and handling of physical settlement.
- Collaborate with business analysts, project managers, application teams, and product managers to clarify requirements and resolve issues identified during testing.
- Identify, document, and track defects using established tools; communicate findings clearly and effectively to relevant stakeholders.
- Participate in UAT planning meetings, walkthroughs, and sign-off processes, providing expert input on Bullion product workflows and user experiences.
- Perform negative testing to validate system behavior under invalid or unexpected conditions.
- Conduct regression testing to confirm that new changes do not adversely impact existing functionality.
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of UAT processes and testing standards.
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Finance, Business, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in UAT testing, with at least 2 years working on Bullion, Bank Notes, or Cash Management products.
- Strong understanding of the Bullion market, physical movement, and physical settlement processes.
- Proven experience in developing and executing UAT test cases, reporting defects, and ensuring product quality.
- Familiarity with regulatory and compliance requirements in the precious metals industry is a plus.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Azure.
Preferred Skills:
- Knowledge of the end-to-end Bullion and Bank Notes product lifecycle and related financial systems.
- FMC application knowledge is an added advantage.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a cross-functional team in a fast-paced environment.
- Meticulous attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality results.
Language Requirements:
- Proficiency in English is mandatory.
