Responsibilities:
- Ensure all work communicates clearly, remains on brand, and enhances user satisfaction.
- Articulate design decisions effectively and provide constructive design feedback.
- Define and create flexible, coherent design systems and component libraries.
- Collaborate with design, technology, and project management teams to align creative, strategic, and project goals.
- Generate design materials such as mood boards, presentation decks, style guides, and storyboards under the guidance of the project’s Creative Lead.
- Understand brand strategies and the organizational dynamics of assigned brands, translating brand identities to digital experiences.
Who We Are Looking For:
- Recent graduates from a digital design background.
- Proficiency in standard design applications (e.g., Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Keynote, Sketch, InVision); experience with video editing, motion graphics, and prototyping software is a plus.
- A strong portfolio demonstrating digital design experience, particularly in mobile and touch applications.
- Familiarity with agile delivery methodologies.
- Ability to incorporate feedback from the Creative Lead to iterate on designs.
- Basic understanding of technical implications across various platforms (native, hybrid, and HTML).
