User Experience Designer

This position involves designing user-centered digital experiences that blend intuitive user interfaces with visual appeal. The role holder ensures functionality, usability, and accessibility across digital channels through the development of interactive prototypes, conducting user research, and collaborating with stakeholders to align design with business objectives. Duties must be performed in accordance with the company's policies and procedures.

Responsibilities

• Design and optimize intuitive user interfaces and end-to-end experiences across digital platforms.
• Translate functional requirements and business needs into wireframes, mockups, and interactive prototypes.
• Conduct user research, usability testing, and A/B testing to inform design decisions.
• Develop and maintain design systems, style guides, and UI component libraries.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (e.g., Product, IT, Marketing) to ensure cohesive and consistent user experience.
• Ensure accessibility, responsiveness, and compliance with UX/UI standards and guidelines.
• Use data and analytics to monitor digital interaction performance and identify opportunities for improvement.

Requirements

• 4-6 years of experience in a related discipline.
• Prior experience in digital user experience and interface design, preferably in the telecommunication industry.
• Knowledge of omni-channel marketing strategies.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent project management and organizational skills.

Education

• Bachelor Degree in Computer Science or Business Administration.
• Additional Education Certifications.
