User Experience Designer - Information System

As a User Experience Designer for the Corporate Information System Department, you will be responsible for product design, encompassing user research, market analysis, interaction prototyping, visual design output, and design implementation. The aim is to ensure a balance between product experience and business goals. You will collaborate closely with product and engineering teams, participate in product strategy formulation, develop innovative design strategies based on user insights, and drive experience optimization for complex functional modules. Your tasks will include identifying pain points in user experience, creating quantifiable improvement plans, and continuously tracking and iterating on design post-launch. You will also establish and maintain a design system, component library, and interaction guidelines, enhancing overall design efficiency and quality while considering different cultural, linguistic, and functional needs from a global perspective.

Minimum Qualifications:

• At least 5 years of experience in UX design, with experience in either customer-end or business-end product design.
• Strong professional capabilities in international design with a focus on design details.
• Knowledge of industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in UX design, with a focus on global applicability.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Solid visual design skills.
• Ability to identify opportunities for innovation and improvement in user experience across different regions and markets.
