Job Description
- Responsible for product design for the Corporate Information System Department, from user research, market analysis, interaction prototyping, visual design output to design implementation, ensuring a balance between product experience and business goals.
- Collaborate closely with product and engineering teams, participate in product strategy formulation, provide innovative design strategies based on user insights, and drive experience optimization for complex functional modules.
- Identify pain points in user experience, develop quantifiable improvement plans, and continuously track and iterate on design after launch.
- Establish and maintain a design system, component library, and interaction guidelines. Summarize design methodologies to enhance overall design efficiency and quality.
- Design and optimize enterprise products from a global perspective, considering different cultural, linguistic, and functional needs.
Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications
- At least 5 years of experience in UX design, with experience in either customer-end or business-end product design.
- Strong professional capabilities in international design, with an emphasis on design details.
- Knowledge of industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in UX design, with a focus on global applicability.
Preferred Qualifications
- Solid visual design skills are preferred.
- Ability to identify opportunities for innovation and improvement in user experience across different regions and markets.
