User Experience Designer

Responsibilities

• Conduct user research and develop user personas
• Develop Information Architecture for easy navigation
• Conduct design thinking workshops and iterate new features
• Design interactive elements to improve user experience
• Collaborate with product designers and managers on features
• Maintain knowledge on UI design principles and design systems
• Create high-performing user interfaces
• Develop design concepts, wireframes, and prototypes
• Document and maintain user journeys and process flows

Qualifications and Experience

• 3-5 years of experience as a Product Designer or UX Designer
• Strong UX, UI, and visual design skills
• Passion for interaction design and prototyping
• Ability to think strategically about product design
• Analytical mindset and ability to argue design biases
• Mastery of Figma and prototyping tools
• Portfolio demonstrating visual/graphic design skills
