We are seeking a strategic and hands-on Senior User Researcher to lead research initiatives that drive product direction and customer success. In this role, you will partner with cross-functional teams to deeply understand complex user needs, translate insights into actionable recommendations, and shape the future of our customer experiences. This position requires expertise in qualitative and quantitative research methods, strong business acumen, and the ability to influence product strategy at all levels.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead end-to-end research initiatives using a mix of qualitative and quantitative methods.
  • Collaborate with product managers, designers, engineers, and business leaders to align research findings with business objectives.
  • Develop a strong understanding of B2B and B2C customer segments and their pain points.
  • Synthesize research findings into compelling stories and present to stakeholders.
  • Translate user insights into clear recommendations for product roadmaps and design improvements.
  • Mentor designers and researchers and help scale user research processes.
  • Work with analytics, sales, and customer success teams to validate findings with usage data and feedback.
  • Maintain high standards of research rigor, ethics, and relevance.

Qualifications:

  • 8+ years of experience conducting user research in a product or design context, with a strong focus on B2B or enterprise products.
  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Human-Computer Interaction (HCI), Psychology, Sociology, Design, or a related field.
  • Expertise in qualitative research methods and solid working knowledge of quantitative methods.
  • Proven experience influencing product decisions through actionable research insights.
  • Excellent communication and storytelling skills tailored to both technical and executive audiences.
  • Proficiency with research tools such as Maze, UserTesting, Qualtrics, Optimal Workshop, and others.
  • Experience in agile product development teams and fast-paced environments.
  • Bonus: Experience working with B2B SaaS platforms, real estate, data-intensive tools, or regulated industries.
