This role involves planning and supervising utility installation works, which include water supply, drainage, sewerage, irrigation, stormwater, and related utility systems. You will be responsible for ensuring that all works are executed in accordance with approved project schedules and specifications while maintaining high quality standards and compliance with health, safety, and environment (HSE) requirements.

Responsibilities
- Plan and supervise utility installation works for various systems
- Review approved drawings, specifications, Bill of Quantities (BOQs), and project requirements
- Coordinate with consultants, clients, subcontractors, suppliers, and other Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing (MEP) disciplines
- Monitor site progress and ensure adherence to the approved project schedule
- Coordinate utility routes and manage interfaces with civil, electrical, mechanical, and other services
- Ensure materials, equipment, and installation methods comply with approved specifications and standards
- Prepare and review shop drawings, material submittals, method statements, Requests for Information (RFIs), and inspection requests
- Conduct regular site inspections to maintain quality requirements
- Coordinate testing, commissioning, and handover of utility systems
- Monitor manpower, materials, and equipment requirements, optimizing resource utilization
- Identify site issues, technical challenges, and clashes; coordinate timely resolutions
- Maintain daily/weekly progress reports and provide updates to the Project Manager
- Ensure compliance with HSE requirements, authority regulations, and project procedures
- Coordinate with relevant authorities and utility providers as needed
- Support quantity verification, variation works, and subcontractor measurement/certification
- Ensure project documentation and as-built drawings are completed before handover
Qualifications
- Bachelor Degree in Engineering
- 4-5 years of experience
- Language proficiency
- Computer proficiency (AutoCAD)
- Technical know-how
- Past experience in handling waterproofing application activities at sites
