UX Architect

We are currently seeking a UX Architect to join our Customer Experience (CX) team, supporting one of the UAE's leading banking institutions. This role will focus on user research and usability testing, with an emphasis on improving user journeys. You will work alongside the Senior UX Architect to deliver actionable insights and UX recommendations, gaining valuable experience in UX strategy and research.

Key Responsibilities:

• User Research and Testing: Assist in planning and conducting user testing sessions and research methods to uncover user needs and behaviors.
• Experience Definition: Collaborate with the Senior UX Architect to define user journeys and develop wireframes and low-fidelity prototypes.
• Data Analysis and Experimentation: Analyze behavioral data using UX analytics tools and contribute to A/B testing and experimentation.
• Continuous Improvement: Participate in the cyclical process of research, define, test, and optimize customer experiences, ensuring alignment between business goals and customer needs.

Essential Requirements:

• Demonstrable experience in UX roles, especially in user research and experience definition.
• Strong foundational knowledge of user research methods, including usability testing and qualitative/quantitative analysis.
• Familiarity with UX tools such as Microsoft Clarity or Axure.
• Enthusiasm for learning and growing in a collaborative environment.

Additional Notes:
Candidates must be UAE-based or willing to relocate, as the role requires in-person research and collaboration in Dubai and Abu Dhabi. The position is strategic and research-focused, with no visual design responsibilities.
