We are seeking a UX Architect to join our CX team and support the delivery of impactful customer experiences for one of the UAE's leading banking institutions. This role will involve assisting in user research and usability testing while also contributing to experience definition to improve user journeys. It is a research-heavy role with no visual design responsibilities, ideal for someone looking to advance their career in UX strategy and research.
Key Responsibilities
- User Research and Testing: Assist in planning and conducting moderated user testing sessions and qualitative/quantitative research methods. Help uncover user needs and behaviors by contributing to research synthesis and analysis.
- Experience Definition: Collaborate with the Senior UX Architect to define user journeys, wireframes, and low-fidelity prototypes that optimize customer experiences.
- Data Analysis and Experimentation: Analyze behavioral data using UX analytics tools (e.g., heatmaps, session replays) and integrate insights into improvements. Assist in supporting A/B testing and experimentation workstreams.
- Continuous Improvement: Participate in the cyclical process of research, define, test, and optimize, ensuring findings inform actionable experience enhancements.
Essential Requirements
- Demonstrable experience in UX roles, focusing on user research and experience definition.
- Strong foundational knowledge of user research methods, including usability testing and qualitative/quantitative analysis.
- Exposure to creating UX documentation, such as user journeys or wireframes.
- Familiarity with tools like Microsoft Clarity, Axure, or other UX research and prototyping platforms.
- Must be UAE-based or willing to relocate, as the role requires in-person research and collaboration between Dubai and Abu Dhabi.
