UX Designer, Digital Squad - RBG

In order to create best-in-class experiences for our customers, we are looking for a talented UX Designer with experience delivering end-to-end UX products and services. This role is based in Dubai and is specifically for UAE Nationals only.

As a passionate and curious design specialist, you will deliver high-quality designs and prototypes while thriving in a fast-paced, innovative, collaborative, and delivery-focused environment. You will be hands-on throughout the design lifecycle, focusing on delighting customers and improving their experiences.

You will manage team and stakeholder relationships and work comfortably within a distributed team environment. Collaborating closely with other designers across our Tribes, you will ensure a consistent UX and design experience across our digital product suite.

Your work will be guided by business and UX priorities, and you will collaborate with the UX team and product stakeholders to meet these priorities. Success in this role will be defined by the quality of the customer experience, the consistency of deliverables, your ability to work effectively as a team, and the team's contribution to Business KPIs.
