UX Designer, Digital Squad - RBG

In order to create best-in-class experiences for our customers, we are looking for a talented UX Designer with experience delivering end-to-end UX products and services. This role is for UAE Nationals only.

The ideal candidate should be a passionate and curious design specialist capable of delivering high-quality designs and prototypes. You should thrive in a fast-paced, innovative, collaborative, and delivery-focused environment. Enjoying being hands-on throughout the design lifecycle, your goal will be to deliver designs that focus on delighting customers and improving their experiences.

You will manage team and stakeholder relationships and be comfortable working within a distributed team environment. Collaboration is key, as you will work closely with other designers across our Tribes to ensure a consistent UX and design experience across our digital product suite.

You will be guided by business and UX priorities, working with the UX team and product stakeholders to deliver on those priorities. Success in this role will be defined by the quality of the customer experience, the consistency of deliverables, your ability to work successfully as a team, and the team’s contribution to the business KPIs.
