You will work closely with our other designers across our Tribes to ensure a consistent UX and design experience across our digital product suite. This role requires effective management of team and stakeholder relationships and comfort in a distributed team environment. Success in this role is defined by the quality of the customer experience, consistency of deliverables, your ability to work successfully as a team, and the team’s contribution to the Business KPIs.
Responsibilities:
- Design and deliver product visualizations, collaborating with Designers, Product Owners, and Engineers.
- Collaborate with Senior UX Designers, Product Owners, and Engineers to develop customer journeys, service blueprints, story maps, task flows, wireframes, prototypes, and designs that meet customer and business needs, product vision, and objectives.
- Work with UX Researchers to conduct user research, leveraging outcomes to drive design decisions and foster learning across the Tribe.
- Help define personas, user journeys, and service blueprints, refining concepts from wireframes to high-definition designs.
- Build prototypes to validate and communicate designs.
- Identify and conduct user interface experiments in collaboration with other Tribe designers and Product Owners; analyze data from real-life experimentation, including user testing.
- Collaborate with other designers to problem-solve design challenges and maintain design consistency across our digital suite.
Qualifications:
- 2+ years in a Product Design role within a high-performing agile organization.
- Passionate about UX and Design, driven by doing the right thing for customers and end-users.
- Solid knowledge of visual design principles.
- Experience in workshop planning, design, and facilitation, both in-person and remote.
- Knowledge of UX research methods and ability to conduct qualitative and quantitative research.
- Proficient in communicating research insights through journey maps, personas, service blueprints, wireframes, and prototypes.
- Experience with design systems and design/prototyping tools such as Figma and Miro.
- Strong team player with a positive attitude; strong written and verbal communication skills in English and Arabic.
- Knowledge of Banking, Fintech, or Investment is a bonus.
