The ideal candidate is a passionate and curious design specialist who can deliver high-quality designs and prototypes. You will thrive in a fast-paced, innovative, collaborative, and delivery-focused environment. Being hands-on throughout the design lifecycle, you will focus on delighting customers and improving their experiences.
You will work closely with other designers across our Tribes to ensure a consistent UX and design experience across our digital product suite. Guided by business and UX priorities, you will collaborate with the UX team and product stakeholders to achieve these goals.
Success in this role is defined by the quality of the customer experience, the consistency of deliverables, your ability to work effectively as part of a team, and the team’s contribution to Business KPIs.
Responsibilities:
- Design and deliver product visualizations, collaborating with Designers, Product Owners, and Engineers.
- Develop customer journeys, service blueprints, story maps, task flows, wireframes, prototypes, and designs.
- Conduct user research with UX Researchers and utilize findings to inform design decisions.
- Define personas, user journeys, and service blueprints; refine concepts from wireframes to high-definition designs.
- Build prototypes to validate and communicate designs.
- Conduct user interface experiments, analyze data, and facilitate design consistency across the digital suite.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 2 years in a Product Design role within a high-performing agile organization.
- Strong passion for UX and Design with a focus on customer and end-user satisfaction.
- Solid knowledge of visual design principles.
- Experience in workshop planning, design, and facilitation, both in-person and remote.
- Familiarity with UX research methods and the ability to perform both qualitative and quantitative research.
- Proficiently communicate research insights through journey maps, personas, service blueprints, wireframes, and prototypes.
- Experience with design and prototyping tools such as Figma and Miro.
- Team player with a positive attitude who genuinely cares about team collaboration.
- Knowledge of Banking, Fintech, or Investment is a bonus.
