UX Designer-Information System

About the Job
The user experience design team within the Information System Department at ByteDance is responsible for providing professional experience design for internal tools. This team operates based on a commitment to enhancing business collaboration, improving operational efficiency, supporting informed decision-making, and facilitating effective global digital management.

Responsibilities

• Engage fully in the user design process, participating in design analysis, strategy development, and execution on website and mini-program platforms.
• Conduct thorough understanding of business needs through user interviews and research, synthesizing findings to create user experience maps, identify experience issues, and develop solution strategies for implementation.
• Collaborate closely with product and business teams to ensure high-quality delivery of business requirements, co-creating and supporting key projects to enhance user experience.
• Contribute to the development of team capabilities by demonstrating strong aesthetic judgment and systematic design skills, optimizing existing design systems, and establishing design guidelines to improve quality and efficiency.

Qualifications

Minimum Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Human-Computer Interaction, Product Design, or related fields.
• At least 3 years of experience in UX design.
• Excellent professional design and visual presentation abilities, comprehensive design knowledge, product thinking, and user perspective.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience in B2B product design and large-scale system or platform design.
• Strong collaborative abilities, results-oriented mindset, and passion for enterprise service products.
