UX Designer - Information System

As a UX Designer for the Information System Department at ByteDance, you will join a team focused on providing professional experience design for internal tools. You will be actively involved in enhancing business collaboration, operational efficiency, and supporting scientific decision-making. Your responsibilities will include:

• Participating in the complete user design process, including design analysis, strategy, and execution for both website and mini-program platforms.
• Understanding business needs through user interviews and research to create user experience maps.
• Identifying and analyzing experience issues, developing strategies, and driving their implementation.
• Collaborating closely with product and business teams to ensure quality delivery of business requirements and enhancing core product experiences.
• Contributing to the development of team capabilities by optimizing design systems, establishing guidelines, and improving team collaboration.

Qualifications:
Minimum Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree or above in Human-Computer Interaction, Product Design, or related fields.
• At least 3 years of experience in UX design.
• Strong design and visual presentation abilities, along with comprehensive design knowledge and user perspectives.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience in B2B product design and large-scale system or platform design.
• Strong collaborative abilities, a results-focused mentality, and a passion for enterprise service products.
