About The Role
We’re looking for an experienced UX Designer with strong UI capability to work across complex digital products and services. This is primarily a UX-focused role, with approximately 80% of the work centered on UX and 20% on UI design.
You’ll be responsible for understanding requirements, structuring experiences, defining user flows, information architecture, interactions, wireframes, and prototypes. You should also be able to take selected experiences through to polished UI when needed.
The role requires someone who can think through complex problems, simplify journeys, and make clear design decisions before moving into visual execution.
We’re also looking for someone who actively uses AI-powered design tools to accelerate exploration, wireframing, prototyping, iteration, and other parts of the design process without compromising design thinking or quality.
You may work across applications, platforms, portals, websites, dashboards, and AI-enabled digital experiences.
