Easygenerator is seeking an experienced UX Researcher to join our team in Dubai. In this role, you will collaborate with product managers, designers, and cross-functional teams to generate insightful user research that drives product decisions. Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with product managers and designers to execute user research, ensuring insights directly inform product decisions.
- Represent the voice of the customer in product decisions, providing data-driven insights that influence product direction.
- Support the product team by integrating user research methods within the product development cycle and promoting research best practices across the organization.
- Drive research processes to ensure that insights are translated into actionable outcomes to support decision-making across the organization.
- Manage research operations, including participant recruitment, data management, governance, and research tools/infrastructure.
- Improve UX research processes to enhance efficiency and manage access to research-specific tools across the organization.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, such as Trials, BI analytics, Data Science, Design, and Product Management, to ensure smooth integration of research insights.
Qualifications:
- 4+ years of UX Research experience.
- A bachelor's degree or higher in Human-Computer Interaction, Psychology, Cognitive Science, Design, or a related area.
- Knowledge of both qualitative and quantitative research methods, including interviews, surveys, usability testing, and more.
- Understanding of how to effectively apply these methods throughout the product lifecycle for maximum impact.
- Experience with remote research tools, such as Usertesting.com, Dscout, UserZoom, Qualtrics, R, SPSS, or similar.
- Familiarity with prototyping software tools (e.g., Invision, Figma).
- Experience with B2B and complex platforms is a plus; background in e-learning/Edtech is advantageous.
- Experience in research operations, coordinating and maintaining large amounts of qualitative and quantitative data.
- Familiarity with competition research and emerging technologies/tools.
- Interest in visual design tools (e.g., Figma, Sketch, Miro, Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator).
- A portfolio demonstrating research that has led to impactful insights or experiences.
- Excellent collaboration skills with the capability to work across multiple product teams.
