This position is within the UX Research function, part of the Product & Design Team, which has grown from ten to nearly 400 staff. You will collaborate with a diverse team comprising product managers, designers, UX writers, and customer service and marketing professionals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Advocate for end users’ needs, including customers, merchants, and staff.
  • Facilitate workshops promoting a Design Thinking approach.
  • Conduct agile and longitudinal research studies for concept and price testing.
  • Identify research opportunities aligned with customer needs and business objectives.

Who We Are Looking For:
This role is open to bilingual candidates only in Arabic/English. We seek an experienced UX Researcher with a background in complex user journeys, omnichannel products, and service design research. Candidates with transferable skills and relevant personal experiences are also encouraged to apply.

Essential Attributes:

  • Experience advocating for user needs throughout product development.
  • Proficient in mixed methodology (quantitative and qualitative) and longitudinal research.
  • Curiosity about human behavior and empathy for diverse backgrounds.
  • Passion for creative research methods that analyze user engagement over time.
  • Adaptability to change plans based on research findings and evolving customer needs.

Desirable Attributes:

  • NN/g certification.
  • Master’s degree in experimental psychology, behavioral science, anthropology, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
