You will join a growing UX Research team to collaborate closely with product managers, UX designers, UX writers, and customer service and marketing teams.
What You Will Be Doing:
- Support existing product teams with specialized research expertise, from identifying user problems to running ground research.
- Advocate for user needs among various stakeholders.
- Facilitate workshops focused on design thinking.
- Conduct both agile and longitudinal research studies.
- Identify research opportunities that meet both customer needs and business objectives.
We are seeking an experienced UX Researcher with a background in complex user journeys and omnichannel products.
Essential Attributes:
- Strong advocacy for user needs throughout product development.
- Experience with mixed methodologies (quantitative and qualitative) in product research.
- Curiosity about human behavior and empathy for diverse backgrounds.
- A passion for using creative research methods.
Desirable Attributes:
- NN/g certification.
- A Master’s degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience.
