Responsibilities

Lead and develop the UX/design team, providing guidance and mentorship.
Drive user-centered design methodologies and oversee end-to-end UX processes.
Conduct UX research, product discovery, interaction design, wireframing, prototyping, and usability testing.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and develop interactive web and mobile applications.
Ensure adherence to UX best practices and web/mobile interaction patterns.
Advocate for user needs and ensure they are effectively communicated to stakeholders.
Analyze and interpret user data to make informed design decisions.
Foster an environment of creativity and innovation within the UX team.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
7+ years of experience in UX/UI, including at least 3 years in a leadership or managerial capacity.
Strong knowledge of UX research methodologies and design processes.
Proven experience in leading and developing successful UX/design teams.
Hands-on experience with modern design and prototyping tools, particularly Figma.
Demonstrated ability to design and lead interactive web and mobile applications.
Excellent communication, writing, analytical, and critical-thinking skills.
Strong ability to work collaboratively with distributed teams across different time zones.
Comfortable with ambiguity and capable of thriving in fast-paced, dynamic environments.
