UX-UI Designer

BlackStone eIT is excited to announce an opening for a talented UX-UI Designer to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will play a crucial part in enhancing the user experience across our digital products by designing intuitive and visually appealing user interfaces.

As a UX-UI Designer, you will work closely with product managers, developers, and other team members to gather user requirements and translate them into design solutions. Your responsibilities will include conducting user research, creating wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs, and ensuring that our applications deliver a seamless and engaging user experience.

The ideal candidate will have a keen eye for design, a strong understanding of user-centered design principles, and the ability to think critically about how design impacts user experience. You will be a proactive problem solver, eager to contribute to the success of our products while staying updated with the latest design trends and techniques.

Location: Dubai, Dubai, United Arab Emirates
Work Conditions: On-site, Full-time

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Interaction Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or a related field
• 1-3 years of experience in UX-UI design or a similar role
• Strong portfolio showcasing your design work and process
• Proficiency in design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite, Sketch, Figma, or similar
• Solid understanding of user-centered design principles and best practices
• Experience creating wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups
• Excellent visual design skills, with attention to detail and an understanding of typography and color theory
• Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to articulate design concepts effectively
• Ability to work independently and within a team in a fast-paced environment
• Knowledge of front-end development technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) is a plus
