UX-UI Designer

The company is seeking a UX-UI Designer based in Dubai to enhance user-centered design within our multidisciplinary teams. You will be instrumental in product development, ensuring that end-user needs are prioritized in delivering innovative and engaging experiences tailored to operational contexts.

Key Responsibilities:

• Propose alternative methods using design to facilitate the discovery of weak signals.
• Define user needs and facilitate co-creation workshops with stakeholders.
• Design detailed functional templates including storyboards, wireframes, and prototypes.
• Conduct iterative user testing and synthesize complex concepts using various design tools.
• Stay updated with the latest UX/design trends and measure the impact of your design choices.

Who You Are:

• An advocate for user-centered design with a strong innovative spirit.
• A collaborative team player who values timely delivery of quality product functionality.
• Proficient in design software (Figma, Adobe Suite) and representation tools.
• Experience in preparing and facilitating workshops is required.
• Fluent in English (minimum C1 level).

Languages:

• English: Advanced level
• French: Advanced level is a plus
