UX UI Designer - UAE Nationals Only

As a UX UI Designer at the company, you will research, ideate, design, and implement optimal digital experiences for customers across various platforms. This role involves working collaboratively with different departments and innovation partners to create human-centered experiences by integrating user feedback and business priorities. You will provide leadership and oversight in design activities across digital touchpoints such as IFE, Mobile App, the company.com, Cargo, and crew apps.

Accountabilities:

• Lead the design and specification of user interfaces and information architecture using participatory and iterative design techniques, including observational studies and usability testing.
• Develop complex initiatives, which include creating personas, storyboards, scenarios, flowcharts, design prototypes, and design specifications.
• Stay informed about advancements in human-centered design and synthesize competitive research insights into new product developments.
• Collaborate with Digital, Tech, Analytics, and Guest Experience teams to create business cases for digital product and service enhancements.

Education & Experience:

• Bachelor’s degree (Master’s or Advanced degree preferred) in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, Computer Science, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience (required).
• A minimum of 5 years of experience in a customer-centric 'agile' organization.
