UXA Lead

Responsibilities

• Responsible for every aspect of a system's user experience
• Involved in solving workflow problems and developing new ways of visualizing market data
• Need to think on your feet, sketch, present, iterate, and refine ideas alongside clients
• Gain exposure to various areas of clients' businesses and technologies

Required Experience and Skills

• 8+ years of experience in UX/UI Design, Interaction Design, or Information Architecture
• Hands-on experience in user research, sketching solutions, wire-framing, and final UI/Visual design
• Abiding interest in solving real-world business problems
• Experience working in a fast-paced and collaborative environment
• Ability to communicate effectively and influence client strategy
• Resourcefulness, independence, and determination to succeed
• Undergraduate or Graduate Degree in HCI, Interaction Design, Information Architecture, Visual Communication, Graphic Design, or related field preferred

Desired Experience and Skills

• Experience designing complex, interactive, transactional, enterprise-level, expert systems
• Knowledge of global financial markets and financial products
• Excellent organization skills and experience working in an agile environment
• Ability to drive product deliverables forward on time and at high quality
• Experience leading teams of 4 or more designers across multiple delivery teams
• Excellent presentation and client management skills
• Experience working in a consultancy environment is a plus
