Key Responsibilities
- Design and optimize intuitive user interfaces and end-to-end experiences across digital platforms.
- Lead the research, design, and implementation of UX/UI strategies across digital products and services.
- Conduct user research, usability testing, and behavioral analysis to inform design decisions.
- Translate business goals and user insights into comprehensive user journeys, wireframes, and prototypes.
- Oversee the conversion of user stories and research findings into actionable design solutions.
- Manage and supervise cross-functional collaboration with IT, development, and business teams.
- Define testing scenarios, validate development outputs, and ensure successful deployments.
- Ensure consistency in design systems, branding, and accessibility standards.
Requirements
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in a related discipline.
- Prior experience in digital user experience and interface design, preferably in the telecommunication industry.
- Bachelor Degree in Business Administration or Business Administration (Marketing).
- Additional Education Certifications are a plus.
