About the Job
As a User Interface (UI) and User Experience (UX) Designer at Presight, you will join the User Experience Team, which consists of UX and Visual Designers focused on creating a new generation of applications for Desktop, Web, and Mobile devices. Your role will center on optimizing the connection between users, data, and software, ensuring applications reflect expectations of direct manipulation, real-time feedback, and powerful visualizations.

Responsibilities
- Collaborate with Visual Designers to push the limits of Mobile and Web technologies, creating revolutionary user experiences that empower users to analyze and explore data effectively.
- Work with program managers, developers, and quality engineers to turn ideas into products.
- Advocate for design and demonstrate the impact of user experience on product richness.
- Research new user interface paradigms in web and mobile apps to assess their applicability.
- Quickly develop wireframes and flow diagrams, simulating user experiences on target devices.
- Lead and analyze usability studies to enhance designs based on user feedback.
- Analyze market and customer requirements to create core use cases, expressing them through various media.
- Transform ambiguity into clarity and collaborate in a diverse and multicultural environment.
- Ensure compliance with quality, health, safety, and environment policies and related risk assessments.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Sciences, Design, or Arts.
- Proficiency in prototyping tools such as Figma, Sketch, Adobe Photoshop, and Illustrator.
- Experience with workflow tools including Axure RP, Keynote, OmniGraffle, and Visio.
- Strong analytical and communication skills.
- A minimum of 3 years of experience in user interface design and development.
- Ability to quickly learn new technologies and present ideas in a team setting.
- Knowledge of Design Systems and Data Visualization for Dashboard design.
