Responsibilities
- Minimum of 3 years of proven experience as a UX/UI Designer, Product Designer, or in a similar digital design role.
- Strong experience designing user interfaces and user experiences for mobile applications, websites, and digital products.
- Proficiency in industry-standard design tools such as Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, or similar platforms.
- Strong understanding of UX principles, user research, wireframing, prototyping, information architecture, interaction design, and responsive design.
- Advanced/Fluent English (both written and spoken) is mandatory for effective communication, design documentation, and collaboration with global teams.
- Conduct user research, analyse user behaviour and feedback, and translate findings into effective design solutions that improve usability and customer experience.
- Create user flows, wireframes, high-fidelity mockups, and interactive prototypes to communicate and validate design concepts.
- Develop and maintain consistent design systems, UI components, typography, colour guidelines, and visual standards across digital platforms.
- Work closely with Product, Development, Marketing, and other internal teams to understand business requirements and ensure designs are implemented accurately.
- Create responsive designs and ensure a consistent, seamless user experience across mobile applications, websites, and different screen sizes.
- Apply UX best practices and accessibility principles to create simple, inclusive, and easy-to-use digital experiences.
- Conduct usability testing, gather feedback, identify areas for improvement, and continuously refine designs based on user and business needs.
- Prepare detailed design specifications, assets, and prototypes and work closely with developers throughout the implementation process to ensure design accuracy.
