Responsibilities:
- Gather and evaluate user requirements in collaboration with product managers and engineers.
- Illustrate design ideas using storyboards, process flows, and sitemaps.
- Design graphic user interface elements such as menus, tabs, and widgets.
- Build page navigation buttons and search fields.
- Develop UI mockups and prototypes that clearly illustrate how sites function and look.
- Create original graphic designs, including images, sketches, and tables.
- Prepare and present rough drafts to internal teams and stakeholders.
- Identify and troubleshoot UX problems to ensure intuitive workflows.
- Conduct layout adjustments based on user feedback.
- Adhere to style standards regarding fonts, colors, and images.
- Comply with QHSE (Quality Health Safety and Environment) policies and related risk assessments.
Qualifications:
- Minimum 7 years of experience in UI/UX design.
- Proven work experience as a UI/UX Designer or similar role.
- Portfolio showcasing design projects.
- Knowledge of wireframe tools and design software such as Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, and Figma.
- Strong communication skills and team spirit for collaboration with various stakeholders.
- Good time-management skills.
