Value Added Service (VAS) Manager

Our last-mile delivery partners are crucial to our service, and we work closely with them to ensure deliveries, large and small, reach their destinations effectively. As a Value Added Service (VAS) Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring that our suite of value-added services, which range from legal services to insurance offers and uniforms, meet the demands of our internal customers and Delivery Service Providers (DSPs) on the last mile. You will negotiate services on behalf of our partners to support their success, challenge the status quo, and implement new services as needed.

Responsibilities

• Conduct regular visits to sites and stores to maintain visibility of the delivery process and guide logistics partners.
• Oversee all elements of partner relationships, including contract management and performance tracking.
• Build dashboards, conduct deep analytical dives, and develop Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) to support business priorities.
