We are looking for a dynamic, organized, self-starter to join as a VAS Program Manager for the Last Mile team. The VAS PM will oversee vendor relationships on products that simplify the DSP and Delivery Associate experience, acting as the voice of the Delivery Service Partners and VAS providers. You will collaborate with stakeholders across the organization to support the adoption and customer satisfaction of our Value Added Services.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of program or project management experience
  • 5+ years of working cross-functionally with tech and non-tech teams
  • 5+ years of defining and implementing process improvement initiatives using data and metrics
  • Bachelor's degree
  • Advanced knowledge of Excel (Pivot Tables, VLookUps) and SQL
  • Experience defining program requirements and utilizing data metrics to inform improvements
  • Excellent communication and analytical skills, including writing
  • High attention to detail, entrepreneurial drive, and owner mentality

Preferred Qualifications

  • 3+ years of driving end-to-end delivery and communicating results to senior leadership
  • 3+ years of driving process improvements
  • Experience in stakeholder management, dealing with multiple stakeholders at varied organizational levels
  • Experience building processes, project management, and schedules
  • Ability to influence others and partner effectively with peer organizations and teams
