The role involves visiting, selling, distributing, delivering, and displaying products to assigned customer routes such as grocery stores, minimarkets, pharmacies, companies, and restaurants according to the business and customer channel requirements. The individual is responsible for collecting payments on a daily basis as per the established journey plan.

Key Accountabilities
- Achieve daily, monthly, and annual sales objectives by category, SKU, and customer-based plans.
- Responsible for achieving distribution and coverage objectives for assigned journey plan.
- Deploy POS materials as per standards and company guidelines.
- Ensure all goods are tagged with clear pricing at customer outlets.
- Deposit all daily sales collections to the company accounting cashier by the next working day, along with the closing receipt. If the cashier is unavailable, inform the sales supervisor and credit controller for necessary actions.
- Adhere to company policy regarding damages and expiry products.
- Ensure accuracy of actual stock quantity per item and that expiry dates match the system stock inventory at all times.
- Implement the FEFO (First Expired, First Out) replenishment plan.
- Ensure distribution of outlets aligns with company priorities and customer locations.
- Maintain goods in a secure, healthy, and clean condition inside the vehicle and at customer premises.
- Ensure proper use and maintenance of company assets.
- No exceptions on returns for expired or damaged goods unless there is official written agreement from the distribution manager or finance department.
- Regularly highlight any competitor activities to direct management.
- Ensure that the vehicle refrigerator’s air conditioning is functional to keep products in good and sellable condition.
- Provide all necessary accurate data and requirements for new customers.
- Maintain a professional appearance at all times in the company and in the market.
- Undertake any other duties or assignments as required by management from time to time.
