Vehicle Technical Support

About the Role
We are seeking a Vehicle Technical Support professional to support the testing and operation of autonomous vehicles, working closely with R&D and Quality Assurance teams. The role will provide operational technical support for vehicle software/version updates, testing scenarios, routes, and stop configurations while helping ensure daily testing schedules can be successfully delivered.

Key Responsibilities

• Liaise closely with R&D and QA teams regarding autonomous vehicle testing activities.
• Provide operational feedback to relevant technical teams.
• Support validation of vehicle version iteration results.
• Assist with the setup and configuration of different vehicle testing scenarios.
• Support route and stop configuration requirements for daily testing.
• Ensure technical preparations support daily vehicle testing schedules.
• Coordinate vehicle software/version updates.
• Ensure required vehicle updates are completed in a timely manner.
• Identify and communicate technical or operational issues affecting testing activities.
• Support continuous improvement of autonomous vehicle testing and operational processes.

Candidate Profile

• Relevant technical background within automotive, engineering, IT, autonomous vehicles or a related field is preferred.
• Experience supporting technical testing, QA, R&D or vehicle operations would be advantageous.
• Good understanding of software and technology-based systems.
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to communicate effectively between technical and operational teams.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow testing procedures.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced technology and automotive environment.
