In this role, you'll collaborate with IT teams, end-users, and stakeholders to align service delivery with business needs. You will document and update service management procedures, monitor service level agreements (SLAs), and manage Service Support processes including Incident, Problem, and Change Management. You'll also drive process improvements and provide ongoing education to users.

The Vendor Manager is also responsible for conducting post-resolution incident reviews and communicating the status of high-priority incidents to customers. This position requires a passion for problem-solving and a commitment to delivering the best possible IT services.

Required Skills and Experience:

  • At least 5 years of experience in a key IT discipline such as desktop field services, network support, applications, security, or IT management.
  • Capability to navigate between infrastructure and application platforms, businesses and functions, end users, and senior management.
  • Expertise in desktop, technical, and help desk support, incident management, and service improvement.
  • Experience in SLA Management/Service Management.
  • Proficiency in customer service and communications.

Preferred Skills and Experience:

  • ITIL certification.
  • High-level communication skills (both written and verbal).

Language Requirements:
