Location: Dubai, Dubai, United Arab Emirates
Type: Full-time, Fixed Term Contract (1 year, expected to join in April 2026)

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage a full P&L, including planning, forecasting, and driving growth for the category.
  • Execute a strategic business development plan while collaborating with internal stakeholders (e.g., operations, marketing, legal, tech).
  • Lead day-to-day operations, including gathering customer and vendor feedback and implementing business improvement initiatives.
  • Set goals and strategic direction for the category, ensuring alignment with broader business objectives.
  • Represent the company in meetings with senior teams from top vendors and build long-term strategic relationships.
  • Generate and implement innovative ideas to drive improvements and scale within the category and across the Retail business.
  • Lead cross-functional collaboration to support business needs, including retail systems and site merchandising.
  • Innovate and implement new customer and vendor programs.
  • Collaborate on Marketing and Merchandising initiatives.

Basic Qualifications:

  • 3+ years experience with Excel.
  • 5+ years in retail, operations, product or program management, or business management/consulting, with experience in negotiations and delivering results.
  • Bachelor's degree or 3+ years of professional or military experience.
  • Experience with financial analysis and P&L ownership.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience managing large data sets and utilizing them to drive performance and process improvements.
  • Experience in vendor negotiations, pricing and promotion, inventory management, and product development.
