Your Responsibilities
You will have a clear area of responsibility and will manage it independently:
- Opening Calls: Initiate conversations with prospects over the phone in a friendly, confident manner with clear conversation management.
- Initial Contact: Conduct introductory conversations following a proven call guide to create a professional first impression.
- Pre-qualification: Assess whether a prospect fits our offer based on set criteria and make clear decisions.
- Scheduling: Hand over qualified prospects along with firmly scheduled follow-up appointments to our consultants.
- Documentation: Accurately document each conversation in the CRM to ensure easy access to information.
- Process Improvement: Identify where conversation processes can be enhanced and systematically improve them in collaboration with the team.
Measuring Your Success

- Achieve your agreed daily targets for calls and qualified appointments.
- Ensure that handovers to consultants are complete, well documented, and reliable.
- Provide prospects with a clear, professional initial conversation free of pressure and empty words.

Must-Haves:
- Native-level German, as you will be engaging daily with German-speaking prospects.
- Structured and planned work style, maintaining oversight even during numerous calls.
- Discipline, personal responsibility, and punctuality are essential qualities for you.
- You communicate clearly, factually, and solution-oriented and reliably adhere to call guides and processes.
- You are willing to work full-time on-site in Dubai or relocate there.
Nice to Have (but not required):
- Initial experience in telephone sales, customer service, or appointment scheduling
- Vocational training or a degree in business administration
- Knowledge in coaching, marketing, or consulting
- Experience with CRM systems
