Key responsibilities include:
- AI Transformation Strategy: Develop and execute a roadmap for AI transformation aligned with business objectives, identifying opportunities for AI-driven innovation and process improvements.
- Agentic AI Platform Deployment: Evaluate and oversee implementation of agentic AI platforms while ensuring their integration with existing systems and workflows.
- Internal Operations Optimization: Utilize AI platforms to enhance operational efficiency, automate workflows, and support data-driven decision making.
- External Customer Solutions: Lead the deployment of AI platforms to improve customer experience and service delivery by collaborating with customer-facing teams.
- Change Management & Adoption: Drive change management initiatives to facilitate AI technology adoption, including the development of training programs for employees and customers.
- Stakeholder Engagement: Collaborate with various business units to ensure successful delivery of AI solutions and communicate progress to senior management.
- Team Leadership: Build and manage a multidisciplinary team of AI specialists, fostering a culture of continuous improvement in AI adoption.
- Performance Measurement: Define key performance indicators to measure the effectiveness of AI initiatives and refine strategies based on data-driven insights.
- Risk Management & Compliance: Ensure compliance with regulations and ethical standards related to AI and identify risks in AI adoption.
- Continuous Improvement: Stay updated on emerging AI technologies and optimize transformation initiatives based on new trends.
Qualifications Required:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, Engineering, Management, or equivalent, with specialized certification in AI.
- 15+ years of experience in Data & AI with specific expertise in agentic AI.
Desirable Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in a related field and advanced certification in AI.
