Responsibilities
- Lead and execute business process reengineering and transformation initiatives across Retail Banking, Corporate Banking, Operations, Finance, Risk, Compliance, and Shared Services.
- Identify process inefficiencies and redesign workflows to improve productivity, customer experience, and operational effectiveness.
- Drive process simplification, standardization, and automation across key business functions.
- Champion the adoption of Lean, Six Sigma, Agile, and continuous improvement methodologies.
- Partner with Technology and Data teams to deliver intelligent automation, RPA, and AI-enabled process improvements.
- Develop transformation roadmaps, governance frameworks, KPIs, and value realization metrics.
- Monitor and track transformation outcomes, ensuring measurable efficiency gains and cost optimization.
- Lead cross-functional project teams and ensure successful delivery of strategic transformation initiatives.
- Drive organizational change management and stakeholder engagement to support the adoption of new processes and technologies.
- Present transformation progress, business cases, and performance updates to senior stakeholders and leadership committees.
- Ensure all initiatives align with regulatory requirements, operational risk standards, and internal governance frameworks.
Requirements
- 10-15 years of experience in Banking, Financial Services, Consulting, or Business Transformation roles.
- Proven experience leading process reengineering, operational excellence, or transformation programs.
- Strong understanding of banking operations, process optimization, and digital transformation.
- Experience delivering automation, RPA, AI, or productivity improvement initiatives.
- Bachelor's degree in business, Engineering, Finance, Technology, or a related field.
- Master's degree, MBA, Lean Six Sigma, Agile, or Scrum certification would be an advantage.
