The company is seeking a future team member for the role of Vice President, Senior Client Service Officer to join our Global Payments & Trade Client Servicing team in Dubai. This role is based in Dubai.
As a Senior Client Service Officer, you will play a key role in delivering a high-quality client experience by acting as a trusted point of contact for clients and internal stakeholders. You will support clients across multiple market segments and regions, helping to resolve complex servicing matters and ensuring seamless day-to-day support across payments, trade, and other company products and services.

Key Responsibilities
In this role, you’ll make an impact in the following ways:
- Serve as the primary contact for day-to-day client servicing inquiries across different market segments, regions, and jurisdictions.
- Manage a wide range of client investigations and service requests, including issue resolution related to payments, trade, and other company products and services.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients by providing responsive, high-quality support and delivering a consistently positive client experience.
- Partner closely with GP&T Relationship Management and other internal teams to support existing clients and prospective new business opportunities.
- Provide functional support to internal stakeholders, including gathering client data and preparing reports related to AML/KYC compliance requirements.
- Navigate a multi-country, multilingual client environment, ensuring effective communication and coordination across teams and regions.
- Contribute to continuous improvement by identifying opportunities to enhance servicing processes, client outcomes, and operational efficiency.
- Support discussions with clients on digital solutions and servicing capabilities that align with their business needs.
Requirements
To be successful in this role, we’re seeking the following:
- Significant direct client-facing experience within financial services.
- Experience in correspondent banking and/or a strong understanding of payments products and the end-to-end payments lifecycle.
- Familiarity with trade products and related client servicing activities is advantageous.
- Experience discussing digital client solutions and servicing capabilities with clients.
- Proven ability to work effectively in a global team environment across functions and regions.
- Strong problem-solving, communication, and relationship management skills.
- Fluency in English and Arabic language is essential.
