Vice President, Digital Product Owner - Lending

As a Vice President – Digital Product Owner, Retail Lending, you will lead the Retail Lending Digital Squad with end-to-end accountability for the vision, strategy, roadmap, delivery, and performance of digital lending journeys across Personal Loans, Mortgages, and Auto Finance. This is a high-impact leadership role responsible for transforming the customer lending experience across acquisition, eligibility, application, credit decisioning, fulfillment, disbursement, servicing, and top-up journeys. You will combine customer-centric design, data-driven decision making, agile delivery, and digital innovation to create market-leading lending experiences that drive growth, improve customer satisfaction, and enhance operational efficiency.

What You'll Be Doing

• Define and deliver the digital lending vision, roadmap, and strategic priorities.
• Drive digital growth across Personal Loans, Mortgages, and Auto Finance products.
• Lead the design and optimization of end-to-end lending customer journeys using Human-Centered Design principles.
• Identify customer pain points, drop-offs, and friction areas through analytics and customer feedback.
• Deliver seamless, intuitive, and market-leading digital experiences.
• Own backlog prioritization, sprint planning, and product release decisions.
• Foster a culture of collaboration, innovation, continuous improvement, and customer obsession.
• Define and monitor KPIs covering customer experience, conversion, adoption, operational efficiency, and revenue growth.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Business, Finance, Technology, Engineering, or a related discipline.
• 10+ years of experience in Digital Banking, Product Management, Lending, FinTech, or Financial Services.
• Minimum 5 years leading digital products, agile squads, or customer journey transformation initiatives.
• Strong expertise in Retail Lending products and digital lending ecosystems.
• Proven experience delivering large-scale digital transformation and customer experience programs.
