Vice President & Enterprise Architect - WBG

We are seeking a highly skilled Wholesale Banking Architect with deep subject matter expertise (SME) in Treasury and Transaction Banking to drive the architecture, design, and implementation of next-generation digital wholesale banking platforms. The ideal candidate will combine strong business domain knowledge in wholesale banking with technical expertise in Digital Banking, Microservices, APIs, Cloud (AWS), and systems integration.

This role requires working closely with business stakeholders, product managers, engineering teams, and vendors to define and deliver scalable, secure, and future-ready solutions that align with the company's digital transformation agenda.

Key Responsibilities:

• Define end-to-end architecture for Treasury and Transaction Banking platforms.
• Design modern digital banking platforms leveraging microservices and APIs.
• Ensure architectural alignment with enterprise standards, security, and compliance.
• Act as SME for Treasury and Transaction Banking.
• Manage vendor engagements for treasury and transaction banking solutions.
• Contribute to digital wholesale banking strategy and explore new technologies.

Core Competencies:

• Deep knowledge of Treasury Management and Transaction Banking.
• Familiarity with banking regulations and compliance.
• Strong skills in integration architecture, microservices design patterns, and API management.

Skills Required:

• 10+ years in banking/financial services, with at least 5 years focused on Treasury and Transaction Banking.
• Proven experience in enterprise and solution architecture for large-scale banking platforms.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience leading digital transformation in wholesale banking.
• TOGAF, AWS Solution Architect, or similar certifications preferred.

Education:
Minimum Education: Bachelor of Engineering / MCA / Master’s in Computer Science.
