Key Responsibilities

  • Lead responsibility for coordinating the development of strategic plans and driving their implementation across MEA by tracking progress against agreed targets and initiatives.
  • Drive inputs and relevance into the corporate strategic framework design and ensure it is cascaded down within MEA markets.
  • Coordinate the development, alignment, and approval of market strategy plans with various stakeholders, with a focus on long-term diversification initiatives to sustain and grow revenue streams.
  • Oversee pipeline developments and coordinate business strategies to achieve an integrated business approach, leveraging synergies across MEA.
  • Ensure that respective areas and countries are executing their strategic plans and are not solely focused on short-term gains.

Key Skills & Experience

  • A deep understanding of strategic planning and go-to-market processes.
  • Comprehensive knowledge of customer and segment-led strategy, economic modeling, and the regulatory landscape across the region.
  • Experience in managing multiple stakeholders in a multicultural environment, with strong negotiating and influencing skills.
  • Strong financial skills and the ability to communicate strategies and complex financial information effectively.
  • 10+ years of progressive business experience in strategic, financial, or commercially focused roles.
